A 3-session coaching package to build confidence, structure your answers, and practice effectively.
We’ll talk about your goals and the bottlenecks. The goal of this session is to find the paingpoints and the reason of being stuck in the job search
We will transform your CV, Linkedin, your introduction pitch, answers to the behavioural questions and therefore your confidence will improve massively!
This session also conists of a full mock interview that will give you the deeply wanted feedback from a professional who will uncover everything that keeps you from getting the job you want.

I help tech professionals get unstuck in job interviews.
Many talented engineers and IT professionals struggle not necessarily because they lack technical skills, but because they find it hard to structure their answers, communicate their impact clearly, or feel confident under pressure. That’s where I come in.
I have 15 years of experience in technical recruitment, including the past 4 years working as a Global Tech Recruiter across Europe and international markets. I’ve partnered with global tech companies, growing startups, and international scale-ups, so in short, I’ve interviewed thousands of engineers throughout my career.
I’ve seen firsthand what hiring managers actually look for. I understand the patterns behind strong interviews, and the common mistakes that quietly block great candidates from moving forward.
