I have been on

I have 15 years of experience in technical recruitment, including the past several years working as a Global Tech Recruiter across Europe, the US and APAC. I’ve partnered with global tech companies, growing startups, and international scale-ups, so in short, I’ve interviewed thousands of engineers throughout my career.
I have seen firsthand what hiring managers actually look for. I understand the patterns behind strong interviews and the common mistakes that quietly block great candidates from moving forward.
