1. About Viktoria Coaching

Viktoria Coaching is a solo coaching business operated by Viktoria Baranyi, providing interview coaching, career resources, and digital products for tech professionals. Website: viktoriacoaching.com.

2. Services Offered

Viktoria Coaching currently offers the following services:

Digital products (PDFs and guides) are also available for purchase. Prices and service descriptions may be updated from time to time.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR). You are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees your payment provider may apply.

4. Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident booking with me. Here is my refund policy:

• Coaching sessions: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.
• Digital products (PDFs): Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not offered once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
• 3-session programs: If you wish to cancel after the first session, a partial refund will be issued for the remaining unused sessions.

If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, please contact me and I will do my best to find a fair solution.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a coaching session free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated and the session may be forfeited.

Everything discussed during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. I will not share your personal information, career situation, or session content with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Viktoria Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of coaching services or digital products. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
